We now carry Buckshot BBQ Sauce from Cowboy Flavor! This company, created by local legend Billy Ruiz and his wife Sue, originated with Cowboy Caterin, which highlights authentic Santa Maria Style Ranch BBQ and California Simpatico, a romantic blend of the Spanish and Hacienda style foods of the great California Ranchos.They use some of their family's recipes dating back to their arrival in California with the De Anza Ride. With "just a kiss of heat" this BBQ sauce is great on beef, pork, and chicken, or try Buck Shot BBQ Sauce in your beans!

By popular demand, Garrett's Emporium also offers the all purpose BBQ Seasoning that is excellent on all meats, chicken, fish and vegetables. Use it as you would any salt and pepper mix. Garrett's Emporium now offers several excellent wines from the Core Wine Company! Wine maker Dave Corey is a long-time freakish fan of Mourvèdre based wines from Southern France and several regions of Spain. Garrett's Emporium carries several of his Rhône-style blends comprised of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. The grapes are from vineyards in Santa Barbara Country which is part of the California Central Coast AVA, a major wine producing region. The terrain and climate of inland areas of the Central Coast are very similar to the Rhône River Valley of France, and many California winemakers like Dave Corey are producing some outstanding Rhône-style blends. These are spicy, aromatic and well structured wines.Try something different!

Garrett's Emporium has added two outstanding wines from Tantara Winery. Tantara is dedicated to producing the very finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah wines. Located on the beautiful Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara County CA., their wines are sourced from top Central Coast growers and vineyard designate from vineyards such as Bien Nacido, Dierberg, Solomon Hills, Sanford & Benedict, Rio Vista, Talley Rincon, La Colline (Laetitia), Silacci, Pisoni, Garys', and Brosseau. The 2006 Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir is a blend from several of these significant vineyards. The 2006 La Colline Pinot Noir is an elegant, pristinely focused and concentrated Pinot. The aromas are spicy red cherry, red plum, red current and cinnamon. It is both sleek and gutsy on the palate, with good zest, tight tannins and a gripping mouth-feel.
