Robbins Family Farm Olive Oil

|

Garrett's Emporium is delighted to welcome products from the Robbins Family Farm to our collection of spectacular olive oils. Our high quality olive oils are all made locally in the central coast region of California. The Robbins Family was included in a recent article about California olive oils, on the website of the slightly zany host of CNBC's Mad Money. The article can be found at the following address:

The Robbins Family Farm is a small producer of Tuscan, Spanish, and California varietal olive oils in San Luis Obispo California. They grow their trees sustainably and hand pick their olives. And they add that " To maintain maximum taste and freshness we hand bottle just prior to selling or shipping."
The' Ascolano' is an unusual single variety offered by the Robbins company. It received the Bronze Medal Winner at the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition. The Robbins company describe this as "The near perfect single varietal olive oil. A smooth and buttery oil containing all the flavors and complexity of our Tuscan blend but much more subtle. For those who prefer mild oils or just beginning to explore the wonders of olive oil."

Garrett's Emporium has added the Ascolano variety in the 60 milliliter size. Add it to a custom designed gourmet food gift basket from Gifts Gone Gourmet.
